Where is my order?
Different times of year create different turnaround times. During the heavy racing seasons (Spring, late summer, and early Fall) the work volume at Row West is the highest, making it very difficult to turn around small custom orders quickly due to the number of large team orders taking up the cutting table and sewing machines. From late November to late January, the workload is the lightest.
During heavy times, the turnaround can be around 4 weeks. In the quickest times, turnaround can be more like 1.5 to 2 weeks, depending on the order requirements. If you have an emergency, sonic speed turnarounds have been known to happen, but this cannot be guaranteed and may involve rush charges.
